Information for participants

CONTRIBUTIONS

• All the communications (ORAL COMMUNICATION, SLIDE&TALK, POSTER) are in English
• The poster size is 80 cm (width) x 100 cm (length). The numbered list of posters is reported in the final program available on the conference website and also attached here. We remind you that posters 0-23 should be affixed on Tuesday 18 October during the coffee-break (11 am) and displayed until the end of the day, while posters 24-46 should be affixed on Wednesday 19 October during the first coffee-break (11:10 am) and displayed until the end of the conference.
• We remind you that for the ORAL PRESENTATION you will have 10 minutes (10 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for the questions), while for the SLIDE&TALK you will have 5 minutes (no questions). Due to the rich program we kindly ask to be on time, all the chairmen/women will be instructed on the maximum duration of each contribution.
• All these details are also reported in the final program.
• The book of abstracts will be uploaded on the conference website after the end of the conference.

SOCIAL EVENTS

VISITING NAPLES

The three available guided tours are:

Napoli Sotterranea (comfortable shoes are required)

Palazzo Reale

Galleria Borbonica (comfortable shoes are required)

Each tour will start at 19:00 on Monday 17 October and will cost 20 euros to be payed cash only at the registration desk. These venues can easily be reached by metro, thus it is preferable to buy in advance some metro tickets in order to be able to start the tours on time or alternatively you can pay with credit card down at the metro entrance.

SOCIAL DINNER

The social dinner will be held at the restaurant-pizzeria "Antonio & Antonio" in Via Partenope situated on the beautiful seafront promenade in Naples. The cost will be 25 euros to be payed cash only (you will get the receipt during the dinner) at the registration desk. For any of you who requires a gluten-free option, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible.

All these requirements are necessary to avoid delay during our activities, to better enjoy AMYC-BIOMED 2022.
